The following are some of our favorite cocktails we’ve created recently.

gimlet from the garden

2 ounces Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin

1 ounce Lavender Syrup

0.75 ounce lime juice

4 dashes Bittermens Scarborough Savory Herbal Bitters

Add all ingredients in a mixing tin over ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh lavender


Nashville sour

1.5 ounces Belle Meade Bourbon

0.5 ounce Belle Meade Medeira Cask Finished Bourbon

1 ounce smoked syrup

0.75 ounce lemon juice

Gamay Float

Add all ingredients but the Gamay in a mixing tin over ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass. Float the Gamay, or another red wine of your choice, by lightly pouring the wine over the top of a bar spoon.

Cucumber Spritz

1.5 ounces Effen Vodka

0.75 ounce Cucumber Mint Syrup

0.5 ounce lime juice

Topped with Cava

Add all ingredients but the Cava in a mixing tin over ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a cocktail glass. Top off the cocktail with Cava, or another sparkling wine of your choice.
